Randy Allen - CFO, The Ohio State University Medical Center Minimize
Mr. Allen is also the CFO The Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital within The Ohio State University Health System.  Mr. Allen has 28 years of healthcare financial experience with expertise in a variety of healthcare systems including small community based hospitals, large university based facilities, multi-hospital integrated delivery systems, and a physician owned practice.  Mr. Allen prides himself on excellent financial management, financial process reengineering, financial system implementations, and team building and staff development.  Mr. Allen currently serves as the financial administrator of a 570 bed teaching hospital, a separate and distinct 90 bed (soon to be 150 bed) heart and vascular hospital, and a 60 bed rehabilitation facility.  Randy received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Toledo and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University.  As you would expect, Randy is a huge Buckeye fan.

Michael Carlton-Jones – CFO, Navtrak Minimize
Mr. Michael Carlton-Jones has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Navtrak, a Venture-backed Technological Service Company based in Maryland.  His company, Navtrak provides GPS Vehicle Location, Tracking, Monitoring and Web-based efficiency tools to Businesses utilizing a subscription-based recurring revenue (SAAS - Software as a Service) model. The Navtrak Company is cash-flow positive, and employs over 90 people throughout the United States. Prior to this, Michael was Co-Founder and CEO of Wiselore, a Startup Technology Company providing Data Mining and Analysis Services to University Fundraising Organizations. Michael started his career as a CPA at KPMG Peat Marwick, a “Big Eight” Public Accounting Firm, working primarily in the New Jersey Healthcare practice, and subsequently held various Controller and VP Finance Positions at both Public and Private Companies ranging in size from $10 Million to $300 Million in Revenue. He has a BSc. in Accounting from Syracuse University and an Executive MBA from Case Western Reserve University with a focus on Entrepreneurship, and in the past has served on the Main Street Ventures Operating Committee, and as a member of the Miami University, Hamilton and Middletown Campus, Computer and Information Technology (CIT) Advisory Council.

Tom Starr – CEO, Miracles for Life, Organ Donor Minimize
Tom Starr is a two-time liver transplant recipient, (1988 and 2006) is one of the longest living liver transplant survivors in the world. Now Tom is the CEO and Founder of Miracles for Life, a 501-3(c) company focused on improving the business and process of Organ Donation and Awareness in America.    Tom has promoted organ donor awareness while raising millions of dollars for the various foundations he supports. Tom sits on the steering committee for Donate Life America; is co-founder of The Sales and Entrepreneur Centre at Ohio University; is on the Professional Advisory Board for the College of Engineering and the Ohio University Alumni Board, the Ohio University Trustees Academy and a frequent contributor the Ohio University’s MBA programs. Tom recently retired from the Xerox Corporation after an illustrious career that spanned more than 30 years in sales, marketing and solution development. While at Xerox, Tom held numerous headquarters positions and repeatedly recognized for his national performance.

Norm Desmarais - Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of TiER1 Performance Minimize
Since 1989, Mr. Desmarais has founded four companies in high tech industries. Prior to forming TiER1, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Learning with AFKelly, a northern Kentuucky Consulting Company. Previously he served as President and CEO of Cambridge Digital Media of Cambridge, Massachusetts, a national leader in training and web development. Norm is a recognized leader in web-based learning and has published several papers on implementing web-based applications and courseware development. Norm also frequently speaks and presents at national conferences. His companies have been featured in numerous national press releases and have received recognition for accomplishments in training, CD-ROM publishing, and Web development. Norm is a member of the Kentucky Community and Technical College IT Advisory board, was previously on the Board of Directors for the Northern Kentucky EZone and was part of the 2006 Leadership Northern Kentucky Class. Norm was recently selected as the 2007 Kentucky Small Business Person of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration and earned the Blue Ribbon Small Business Award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Fitchburg State College and an MBA in Government Contracting from Western New England College.

David Stetson - Attorney Minimize
David serves as legal counsel for Dome Capital Advisors, LLC. He has served as General Counsel and Secretary for AF Kelly & Associates, Inc. since July 2000. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Stetson was General Counsel and Secretary for American Resources Offshore, Inc., an oil and gas exploration and production company. Prior to 1997, Mr. Stetson was in private law practice. Mr. Stetson received a BS in Business from Murray State University and a JD from the University of Louisville Law School.
