Jeff Burke has developed repeatable business models, start-up companies, products and solutions at several companies and in many industries. As a visionary at TMP, Jeff has seen the value of composite applications to the improvement of healthcare processes and performance. Jeff continues to lead all sales and marketing efforts as TMP establishes its brand and value proposition to our target markets. Our strong channel relationships and multiple sales efforts are due to Jeff’s leadership.

Jim Dixon was a CIO and Director at several large financial institutions such as US Bank and Paycor. He has also consulted as a program manager for JPMorgan Chase and GE Consumer Finance. As a business leader at A.F. Kelly, Jim led the CRM practice to significant gains and multiple large programs and projects. Award winning software projects, large deployment projects, complex IT deployments and any project management function is his forte.

Dr. Rao is a licensed and practicing physician “hospitalist” for TriHealth and other providers. In the recent past, Dr. Rao has also led large lean process redesigns at that have resulted in Emergency Department redesign; Revenue Cycle process improvement; medical device quality control process redesign; and DNA testing process improvements using Six Sigma and Lean.
