The CMS Quality Manager Solution Center

This Solution Center provides any hospital with the latest in automated abstraction and reporting of the CMS Core Measures. It will collect and filter all CMS Core Measures data from raw patient records from any EHR/EMR and prepares it as an appropriate CMS sample, provides pre-populated forms and workflow for Quality Nurses to enter information not attainable by electronic means; updates a quality database for upload to the data warehouse.
